📋 Description

• Partner with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders to identify content needs and define requirements • Turn stakeholder input into content briefs and production plans • Prioritize content requests by business impact, GTM needs, and urgency • Write, design, and produce documents, playbooks, one-pagers, and decks • Build and maintain Mindtickle courses, quizzes, and certifications • Develop scripts, storyboards, and recordings for training and demo videos • Produce AI Governance enablement content including feature walkthroughs, FAQs, talk tracks, and battle cards • Reinforce Docker’s Command of the Message methodology across enablement materials • Align content with product launches and positioning • Serve as liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing, and PMM • Own and organize a searchable single source of truth for enablement content • Retire duplicate and outdated materials • Maintain consistent voice, structure, and visual standards • Use completion data, quiz results, and field feedback to improve content

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating content in a sales enablement, marketing, instructional design, or training role, ideally in SaaS • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, including ability to learn Docker products and AI Governance and translate technical concepts into simple, sales-ready value positioning • Strong writing and editing skills • Experience producing video content from scripting through basic editing • Comfort building courses, assessments, or certifications in an LMS • Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience organizing content for searchability and use as a single source of truth • Excellent attention to detail and visual and brand consistency • No visa sponsorship offered for this role
