📋 Description

• Drive strategic outreach to contractors, subcontractors, owners, architects, and public agencies to obtain non-public commercial construction project intelligence • Communicate Dodge’s value and the benefits of project information sharing • Support demonstrations of Dodge tools and data capabilities • Establish and manage ongoing relationships with industry participants • Develop and expand project sources within the assigned territory • Manage a pipeline of active projects while securing new projects • Incorporate managerial guidance on coverage gaps, prospects, and inaccurate information • Analyze construction documents, client communications, and project information for relevance, accuracy, and business value • Enter, classify, update, and maintain project data in Dodge systems • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies using multiple sources and document verification steps • Identify root causes of data quality issues and implement improvements • Share feedback on source behavior, project trends, and workflow challenges • Achieve defined performance outcomes in a metrics-driven environment • Respond to customer inquiries and partner with Account Management and Customer Success • Contribute to improved outreach strategies, data collection methods, and team practices

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be located in one of: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, or Kansas • Legally authorized to work in the United States and must not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship • 3+ years of experience in roles involving outreach, research, customer engagement, or data operations • 3+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry • Strong understanding of the construction ecosystem, including contractors, owners, architects, subcontractors, and project lifecycle • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions • Ability to analyze source funnel and conversion rates and present findings to leadership • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to influence participation, gather nuanced information, and adapt messaging • Ability to communicate the value proposition for sharing project data • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to learn and use Dodge tools and systems • Ability to guide sources through product walkthroughs, including via screen-share • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience • Familiarity with construction project data, plan rooms, or bid management platforms preferred • Familiarity with the assigned local or regional market preferred • Understanding of commercial construction project phases, bid processes, and industry terminology preferred • Experience in a performance-driven environment preferred • Must complete a background check after a conditional job offer
