📋 Description

• Write and publish original, on-voice Overheard Dating content on a consistent schedule • Create captions, headlines, copy, and scripts tailored to dating and relationship audiences • Produce platform-native content about dating-app behavior, situationships, texting etiquette, red and green flags, and modern dating discourse • Shoot, edit, and package low-lift short-form videos using an iPhone or consumer-grade equipment • Bring ideas to pitch meetings for editorial posts, video franchises, and comedic formats • Maintain Overheard's tone, point of view, aesthetics, and writing style across assets • Monitor internet culture, trending humor formats, and dating-app conversations • Partner with Creative, Social, and Editorial teams on launches and content experiments • Maintain editorial standards for accuracy, clarity, and comedic alignment • Manage the content pipeline, meet deadlines, and contribute to creative playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in editorial, social content creation, media, publishing, entertainment, or a similar creative field • Exceptional writing skills with a comedic sensibility and ability to match Overheard's voice • Deep familiarity with dating culture, dating apps, modern relationship dynamics, and related online conversations • Proven ability to ideate and execute social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms • Comfortable shooting and editing video on iPhone or consumer-grade equipment • Strong understanding of meme culture and internet trends • Highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines independently • Collaborative and communicative, with enthusiasm for pitching and brainstorming • Bonus: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other lightweight video editing tools
