📋 Description

• Ensure all loan files meet internal standards and compliance guidelines. • Partner with internal teams to maintain consistent quality control across all lending activity • Review and audit loan files to ensure they are in compliance with the lending guidelines and are error free • Help track and clear post-closing items in a timely basis • Assist other DFS members in coordinating settlements with title companies and borrower • Ensure all Loan files are in compliance with Dominion Financial Services, LLC Standards • Maintain all loan files and informing upper management of any files that are about to be or currently out of compliance • Assist with reviewing executed documentation for funding authorization as this is a responsibility the team helps support f and when the funder is absent • Review borrower financials, document pertinent information, provide recommended approval amounts and talk intelligently about the borrower

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience within the lending or mortgage industry • Previous experience in loan quality control, file auditing, or compliance review • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, including a willingness to ask questions and conduct research when needed • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to achieve results, take ownership, and grow professionally • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally by phone and in person • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Sound judgment and the ability to identify, document, and escalate potential compliance concerns appropriately • Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments to resolve issues and maintain consistent quality standards • Previous experience using AI-powered tools is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and incorporate new AI technologies into daily workflow
