📋 Description
• Drive revenue by converting prequalified inbound leads into closed loan applications. • Provide personalized financial solutions for real estate investors and investment companies. • Build rapport with repeat borrowers and warm leads through ongoing communication and relationship management. • Take inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage financing. • Follow up with existing leads via calls, emails, and texts. • Evaluate loan applications and supporting financial documentation. • Structure financing options for investment properties using DFS products. • Communicate regularly with borrowers to provide updates and guide them through the process.
