âą Process loans from set-up through closing in an organized and timely manner âą Assist with Post-closing issues âą Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title âą Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy âą Review title, legal, and settlement documents âą Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service âą Communicate with transaction stakeholders âą Maintain an individual pipeline of loans
âą 3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience âą Strong experience reviewing title documents âą Prior experience with Salesforce-preferred âą Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products âą Strong Microsoft Office experience âą Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus âą Must be incredibly detail-oriented âą Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills âą Advanced verbal and written communication skills âą Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills âą Real estate knowledge is a plus âą Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
