📋 Description

• Review standard and non-standard contracts for streamlined operations and compliance with ASC 606 • Support accurate, timely billing aligned with contract terms • Use automation to drive continuous process improvement • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and Collections • Complete month-end close activities, including revenue journal entries, account reconciliations, and SOX controls related to contracts and revenue recognition • Analyze revenue and transaction activity within NetSuite to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities • Support compliance with revenue recognition policies and internal controls • Maintain revenue accounting documentation and processes • Generate reports and provide data support for internal teams and customers • Assist with audits, ad-hoc requests, special projects, and other requests • Partner cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) • 1-3 years of revenue accounting, general accounting, or related experience • Experience with NetSuite preferred • Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and month-end close processes • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Eagerness to learn and grow within a revenue accounting function
