📋 Description

• Track and analyze cost and quality metrics across strategic merchants • Support the development of internal reporting tools for quality improvement efforts • Assist in structuring and executing operational tests for reducing defects • Partner with Logistics, Analytics, and Product teams for efficiency improvements • Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in high-growth environments required • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify trends • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong detail orientation and ability to organize and analyze performance data • SQL experience is a plus but not required • Bachelor’s degree required
