📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Procure-to-Pay systems, including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports • Support systems such as Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree on a daily basis • Resolve system requests and incidents, identify root causes, and implement durable improvements • Gather Finance partner requirements and translate them into designs and well-tested solutions • Build automations and system integrations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency, speed, and data accuracy • Explore and implement AI and automation opportunities in relevant workflows • Plan, manage, and execute projects with clear plans, timelines, and updates • Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Sourcing, IT, Finance leaders, and Internal Audit • Support periodic SOX audits and maintain compliant systems through sound design and change-management practices • Maintain documentation and own the day-to-day health of assigned systems • Contribute to the technology roadmap and continuously improve Finance processes • Report to the Lead, Finance Systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems • Hands-on experience with Coupa • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including direct and indirect procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable • Understanding of how Procure-to-Pay processes connect to ERP and related systems • Experience with Finance systems and integrations • Experience with tools such as Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree • Ability to gather requirements, translate them into designs and test plans, and deliver solutions • Experience building automations and/or using AI tools in Finance system workflows • Ability to analyze data to find root causes and improve productivity and efficiency • Understanding of system controls, documentation, and change management • Experience supporting audits • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment
