📋 Description

• Build and own the global Meetings & Events sourcing strategy across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, including hotel room blocks, meeting venues, group transportation, and preferred supplier partnerships • Develop and implement a global M&E policy and sourcing framework with consistent contracting, approval, compliance, and risk management standards • Drive measurable savings and cost avoidance through strategic negotiations, supplier consolidation, and combined group and transient travel volume across hotels, airlines, and transportation • Partner with Workplace & Real Estate, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Executive Assistants, and business leaders to deliver scalable sourcing solutions and improve the employee experience • Establish reporting, KPIs, and supplier performance management to increase visibility into global M&E spend, track savings, mitigate contractual risks, and improve program efficiency • Serve as the global DRI for Meetings & Events sourcing • Report to the Head of Global Travel & Expense

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Meetings & Events, strategic sourcing, corporate travel, or hospitality, with expertise in global meetings and group travel • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills, including hotel room blocks, venue contracts, attrition, cancellation terms, and supplier management • Proven ability to drive savings and cost avoidance through preferred supplier programs, spend analysis, and leveraging combined group and transient travel volume • Experience developing M&E policies, sourcing strategies, and scalable processes • Strong project management and analytical capabilities • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • Experience managing global stakeholders • Experience leveraging technology and AI to improve efficiency
