📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations for 15–20 locations in a specific U.S. region • Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely • Design, build, and execute process improvement projects • Drive operational efficiencies and improve service quality and reliability • Work cross-functionally with central teams to improve customer experience on every order • Ensure teams have the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve operational goals • Manage site operations through third-party relationships • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Travel up to 40% • Report directly to the Senior Manager, Parcel

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience • Experience managing leaders in an operations-heavy environment • 4–6+ years of experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics, preferably in the 3PL space • Excellent Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis skills • Familiarity with SQL • Bachelor’s Degree • Ability to solve problems from first principles • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing startup environments • Ability to balance day-to-day operational details with strategic planning • Internal candidates must qualify for internal mobility guidelines • Bonus: experience starting or scaling a successful start-up • Bonus: demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces • Bonus: multi-unit management experience • Bonus: experience working with 3PLs • Bonus: experience building and training high-performing teams
