📋 Description

• Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile them to dealer records • Communicate with dealer and home office personnel • Verify collateral, assess condition, and provide prompt and accurate reporting • Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines • Use proprietary technology and a company-supplied tablet PC to perform services • Travel to business locations throughout the assigned area • Douglas-Guardian conducts inventory verification and valuation services for manufacturers, banks, and finance companies throughout the United States and Canada

🎯 Requirements

• Part-time, as-needed availability • Available during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius • Comfortable using mobile applications • Detail-oriented and willing to learn • Good communication skills • Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously • Possess a smartphone (Android or iOS) • Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing beneficial but not required • Willingness to function within a team atmosphere • Work authorization verification through E-Verify after hire
