• Own the day-to-day client relationship for assigned home builder accounts, including communication, project status, and expectation management • Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients through proactive outreach and a deep understanding of their brand and business goals • Translate builder marketing strategies into compelling, on-brand creative deliverables • Create design assets for campaigns, print materials, signage, and brand touchpoints to support the creative team as needed. • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver work on time and on strategy • Follow brand guidelines with exceptional attention to detail • Have experience in print production.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred • Must have experience working in home building marketing either agency-side or in-house. • Proficient in: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop • Good working knowledge of: PowerPoint and Keynote • It's a plus if you have experience in any of the following: Figma, formal graphic design training or education.
