📋 Description

• Facilitate the digital framing/build process and coordinate with internal/external project teams • Develop and manage 3D models using REVIT, MWF, and Navisworks • Produce framing shop drawings, spool sheets, material reports, schedules, and roll former CNC files • Identify, coordinate, and resolve conflicts/clashes involving DBC panels • Ensure DBC models meet quality standards, construction documents, and project specifications • Provide training and support to internal/external team members for DBC processes and tools • Conduct production facility walks to review panel fabrication

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in BIM/VDC: 2 years minimum • OR experience in commercial framing and drywall as a lead with strong computer proficiency: 3 years minimum • High School diploma or general equivalency diploma and/or 3+ years of related experience • Understanding of exterior by-pass framing in metal or wood • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural engineering plans • Experience with CFS framing and/or EIFS/rainscreen finishes is a plus • Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is a plus • Understanding of curtain wall, storefront, window, and door shops is a plus • Experience with Revit, MWF, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Box, ACC, Monday.com, and/or Smartsheet is a plus • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work collaboratively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and work at a computer • Must be able to walk through production facilities • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
