📋 Description

• Identify the legacy videos worth repackaging using YouTube Analytics, search-demand signals, and competitive thumbnail research. • Study the patterns behind our highest-performing evergreen thumbnails and strong competitor thumbnails to inform redesign. • Design re-optimized thumbnails that meet brand standards: high-contrast, scroll-stopping, clear at small scale, and emotionally compelling. • Use AI image-generation tools alongside traditional design software to develop concepts. • Present each redesign with a rationale and track before/after CTR on every thumbnail.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in graphic design or art direction, ideally focused on social media or video-platform packaging. • Strong hands-on design execution in Photoshop or equivalent—this role produces finished thumbnails, not just direction. • Must have hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools in a real production workflow (e.g., Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, or similar). • A track record of making and defending data-driven design decisions. • Experience with YouTube Analytics or comparable video-performance tools. • Familiarity with A/B testing methodology (YouTube Test & Compare a plus).
