📋 Description

• Conduct routine and targeted audits across applicable business areas • Evaluate quality, compliance, and adherence to established standards • Analyze quality metrics, audit results, operational trends, and performance data • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, audit summaries, and reports • Identify workflow inefficiencies, compliance risks, and recurring issues • Communicate recommendations to operational leadership • Support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) efforts • Help prepare for regulatory surveys, accreditation reviews, internal audits, and compliance assessments • Partner with teams on process improvements, workflow changes, system updates, and quality initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related professional experience, preferably within healthcare or hospice • Experience conducting audits and working with operational data • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations • Familiarity with CAPA, TQM, Lean, or Six Sigma • Proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytical tools • Experience with Salesforce, call-monitoring systems, or similar platforms is helpful • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • High school or better • Must reside in Pennsylvania or Tennessee
