• Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value or related processes • Support baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS • Provide updates and changes in ERP or Cobra tools • Analyze and report performance variances to budget and assist with recovery plans • Analyze and report risks and opportunities to baseline cost, schedule, and EAC • Maintain the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers) • Complete the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and support financial planning and reporting • Develop and monitor program-level time-phased plans for revenue forecasting, budgeting, and five-year planning • Provide financial data inputs, analysis, and variance narratives for PMRs and QBRs • Provide timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables • Review and communicate program financial status, including funding and funding subject to cancellation • Perform other duties as assigned • Collaborate with internal and external customers as a business partner supporting significant national defense contracts
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline • 3-5 years of related experience • Able to use EVMS principles in daily operations with proven expertise • Knowledge of program financial controls with DoD programs • Knowledge of relevant federal acquisition regulations and standards such as CAS/FAR/DFARS • Knowledge of different contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M) • Knowledge of relevant accounting subject matters, including revenue recognition • Ability to present complex information to all levels of management • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proficient with Microsoft software applications • Strong Excel skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented • Ability to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately • Self-starter capable of working independently • May be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
