📋 Description

• Responsibility for the entire marketing function, spanning performance marketing, content, and community • Developing strategies, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent overall direction • Building, continuously optimizing, and systematically scaling paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta • Leading and developing the existing marketing team, as well as expanding the team • Driving holistic brand development, from the first interaction through long-term brand loyalty • Analyzing data and dashboards, testing hypotheses, optimizing funnels, and deriving effective initiatives • Working closely with the founders and contributing to the brand’s strategic direction

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing • Ideally, experience in a startup or agency environment • Strong performance marketing expertise, particularly hands-on expertise with Meta • Experience leading and developing a marketing team • Strong understanding of branding, with an eye for good design and clear language • Analytical mindset • Confident working with KPIs, tools, and budget management • Solution-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership
