📋 Description
• Read consumer responses and respond contextually • Categorize consumer responses appropriately using point-and-click canned responses • Quickly respond to inbound chat-room messages in less than 60 seconds • Keep conversations contextual and on track • Maintain 97% or above accuracy in response handling • Help inform and improve Drips’ natural language model
🎯 Requirements
• Must be able to work 6 straight hours/day, 3-5 days/week (Monday-Sunday) • Exceptional attention to detail and high standard of excellence/perfection • Comfortability on a computer and proficient typing skills • Proficient in emojis • Good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills • Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills • Reliable and responsible to a designated schedule • Must have reliable internet/Wi-Fi and a computer with up-to-date software • Must maintain 97%+ accuracy in responses
