📋 Description

• Review and adjudicate claims for the GAP product • Verify multiple documents • Ensure the correct amount is applied to the loan or returned to the customer • Handle challenging customer calls • Meet time-sensitive requirements and deliverable due dates • Work collaboratively in a high-functioning team environment • Work a set Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays and overtime as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred • Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to meet multiple time-sensitive requirements and deliverable due dates • Strong problem-solving skills • Positive emotional resilience when handling challenging calls • Reliable and secure internet connection • Conducive, quiet home-office workspace with no distractions • Hiring contingent upon successful completion of background and drug screening • Must work within an approved city and state
