📋 Description

• Review and adjudicate claims for the GAP product • Verify multiple documents • Ensure the correct amount is applied to the loan or returned to the customer • Work in a high-functioning team environment • Meet goals and time-sensitive deliverables • Handle challenging customer calls and find solutions

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred • Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to meet time-sensitive deliverables and due dates • Strong problem-solving skills • Positive emotional resilience • Approved city and state for home-office work • Conducive, quiet, distraction-free workspace • Reliable and secure internet • Successful completion of background and drug screening
