📋 Description

• Lead execution of multiple projects and task orders supporting critical infrastructure, operational technology, and data modernization initiatives • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction • Serve as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and corporate leadership • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and university customers • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and subject matter experts • Drive operational excellence through planning, metrics, resource management, and quality assurance processes • Identify opportunities to expand customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic consulting • Support proposal development and business development activities • Help shape future offerings in operational technology, industrial data systems, cybersecurity, AI-enabled analytics, and digital resilience • Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Energy Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects that include the PI System • Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial customers • Ability to translate technical concepts into business and mission outcomes • Ability to travel as required, up to 10% • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or an approved equivalent AI solution • Preferred: PMP certification • Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Preferred: Experience with Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, or industrial data platforms • Preferred: Knowledge of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, cloud platforms, data analytics, AI, or digital twins • Security clearance eligibility may be required for some positions; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens
