📋 Description
• Lead the strategy, design and delivery of cost-effective automation technologies • Conduct ROI analysis to identify automation investments • Manage vendor relationships across design, installation, testing, and support • Oversee cross-functional implementation, including vendor integration and system configuration • Drive training programs for new automation systems • Establish and maintain project governance and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the warehouse/logistics industry • 3+ years in automation engineering or a closely related role • Proven experience designing and deploying automated warehouse solutions • Strong blend of business, operations, system integration, and technology design experience • Must be fluent in English
