📋 Description
• Plan and execute trainings on location across AMER-Region • Facilitate online training • Continuous improvement of trainings and training material content • Organize training calendar and collaborate with local sites • Provide on-site go-live support and after-care • Test training programs and maintain up-to-date training materials • Train key and end-users on designed processes and functionalities • Create functional designs for reports and documents • Advocate best practices and standardization
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • 2 years of experience in a project-based environment • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills • Strong and energetic personality • Proficiency in WMS and MS Office Suite • English proficiency; preferably Spanish • Basic to intermediate mathematical skills • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
