📋 Description

• Drive product and business impact by developing data scientists • Mentor and set clear expectations for data science teams • Guide multiple data science projects for timely delivery with maximum impact • Collaborate cross-functionally using data to validate direction and strategies • Improve data pipeline and develop strategies for actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering • 4+ years leading teams • Proven track record of setting multi-team roadmaps • Ability to coach experienced data scientists • Deployment and iteration of ML and NLP solutions in production • Advanced SQL and query optimization skills • Familiarity with columnar databases (BigQuery, Clickhouse, Redshift, Druid) • Strong LLM/AI experience
