📋 Description

• Manage paid media channels for app user acquisition. • Optimize app acquisition campaigns in various ad platforms. • Test new ad channels and measure performance. • Execute in-market tests to improve app install conversion. • Oversee existing channels aimed at scaling profitable advertising.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles with 2+ years in marketing consumer apps preferred. • Hands-on expertise managing paid digital advertising programs (Google Ads, Apple Ads, etc.). • Track record of profitably scaling app install growth programs. • Ability to execute complex projects across business strategy and marketing tactics. • Experience designing and running incrementality tests. • Advanced analytical abilities in modeling app economics and data analysis. • Experience with running creative testing.
