📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members at all levels to identify and solve problems across DuckDuckGo's products • Pioneer new privacy-focused solutions for the Internet • Explore and test concepts that improve product experience and broaden audience appeal • Autonomously lead high-impact product design projects serving millions of users • Assess ambiguous problems and propose high-impact solutions • Execute projects against defined success criteria • Contribute to product-related design decisions • Apply an ethical, privacy-by-design approach • Attend company all-hands and team retreat events

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design roles • 2+ years in senior-level design positions at significant global consumer brands • Proficiency managing projects from proposal through execution and release • Ability to create high-quality mockups, prototypes, and rationale • Experience applying agentic solutions to project management and design workflows • Ability to write creative briefs defining project goals, rationale, and success metrics • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and experimentation • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve vague problems, and focus on metrics • Experience educating, guiding, and supporting others while maintaining design quality • Experience participating in prioritization, strategy, and user testing • Must attend meetings on camera via video conferencing • Must pass a background check • Average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week
