• Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers • Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms • Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations • Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa • Familiarity with modern web technologies or technical integrations is a plus, but not required.
