📋 Description

• Actively pursue and secure new business by cultivating relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents • Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on lending opportunities • Negotiate and present loan terms and create customized solutions to meet client needs and drive deal closures • Build and maintain a network of real estate investors and referral partners • Use data-driven insights and market trends to target opportunities and maximize sales potential • Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals • Maintain a pipeline of potential deals and follow up from lead generation through loan closing • Update the CRM system with prospect, application, and client statuses • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies • Partner with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations teams for timely loan processing • Liaise between clients and operations to resolve challenges and meet expectations • Represent Dunmor at trade shows, industry conferences, and other events • Conduct pre-event planning and post-event outreach to convert leads into closed deals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million or more in monthly origination volume within fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing • Track record of delivering customized solutions and superior client experiences • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Proficient in analyzing financial information, structuring deals, and tailoring loan terms to client needs • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with CRM systems • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets • Previous or current experience with a direct competitor of Dunmor is strongly preferred
