📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted AI advisor to the client and its health plan and payer customers • Lead discovery and solution-design workshops • Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with client priorities, readiness, and business value • Advise executive and operational stakeholders on responsible AI adoption in regulated healthcare environments • Support business development and pre-sales activities, including prospect conversations, presentations, solution development, and RFP responses • Guide initiatives from concept and pilot development through production deployment and ongoing improvement • Lead the design and delivery of AI and automation solutions for payer workflows • Design solutions incorporating large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, copilots, and agentic orchestration • Establish governance, human-in-the-loop controls, and safeguards for AI-enabled workflows • Evaluate AI platforms, technologies, and vendors for client fit, feasibility, security, compliance, scalability, and return on investment • Define solution architectures integrating responsibly with client systems and operating environments • Create repeatable frameworks and accelerators for delivery across client engagements • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors through solution design and implementation • Evolve the client’s AI solution portfolio by identifying offerings, capabilities, partnerships, and differentiation opportunities • Collaborate with technology, delivery, compliance, and commercial teams • Develop responsible-AI frameworks addressing privacy, security, HIPAA compliance, reliability, governance, and organizational change • Define and monitor success measures and communicate results to stakeholders • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, payer-industry trends, and regulatory developments

🎯 Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, solution delivery, or a related field, including significant recent experience with applied AI • Demonstrated success designing and delivering AI and automation solutions in production environments, not solely prototypes or proofs of concept • Direct experience with payer, managed-care, or health plan operations • Strong understanding of utilization management, claims processing, care management, member engagement, or related administrative workflows • Practical knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, copilots, and agentic AI patterns • Experience designing solutions for regulated environments, including privacy, security, HIPAA compliance, reliability, and responsible AI • Proven ability to advise executive stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, client presentations, solution development, or RFP responses • Ability to connect business challenges to practical AI use cases and lead execution from strategy through deployment • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and technology vendors • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
