📋 Description

• Partner with the Head of Company to drive strategy, daily sales energy, lead activation, and strategic follow-through • Participate in short daily standups or Slack syncs to set focus + action • Ensure every rep is in motion, calls, follow-up, energy visible • Pull leadership in to validate thinking and when a decision involves long-term positioning, pricing, or risk • Monitor the pipeline in real time to spot stuck or inactive deals • Bridge marketing, sales, partnerships, events, and operations seamlessly

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, or sales activation roles • Startup or agency background is ideal • Ability to track momentum metrics (show rate, speed-to-lead, follow-up depth, etc.) • Should be available during regular business hours in your time zone • Authorized to work in specified U.S. States: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, WI
