📋 Description

• Perform conflict-of-interest searches for all new clients/matters, internal hires, internal searches and updates • Perform conflict-of-interest checks and preliminary review of results for lateral hires • Perform corporate family research • Maintain appropriate data in Intapp Open and Aderant • Maintain search logs for Intapp Open conflict searches • Monitor the integrity of system operations and ensure data accuracy • Perform other basic clerical duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum three (3) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department required • Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred • Knowledge of Intapp Open • Minimum three (3) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience required • Background in corporate research or library-related work a plus • Detail oriented • Ability to perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open and other required sources • Knowledge of Aderant • Must work from one of the listed U.S. office locations
