📋 Description

• Support clients with all insurance-related matters and provide comprehensive 360° advice • Understand clients’ needs and present tailored solutions • Lead employee workshops for corporate clients as an employee fringe benefit • Advise corporate clients and acquire new clients with empathy • Manage tenders, conduct coverage comparisons, and develop insurance concepts • Support clients in the event of a claim • Handle insurance trustee services, including the review of premium invoices, policies, and profit-sharing statements

🎯 Requirements

• Motivated and committed personality who enjoys direct interaction with clients • High degree of self-motivation, dedication, and self-discipline • Structured and connected thinking • Willingness to take on responsibility • Previous leadership experience • Ability to recognize complex interrelationships • Solution-oriented approach to work • Experience in corporate business at an insurance broker or insurer is an advantage • Very good ICT skills (MS Office)
