• Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures • Orchestrate the intake/onboarding sequence upon receiving Award Notices • Track pending project leadership assignments and executive reviews before final setups • Audit won estimates for completeness and validate project information, scope, and parameters against contractual agreements • Compile and generate formal Project Setup Forms using validated estimate metrics and project data • Push approved project estimates into Procore to establish baseline project budgets • Validate and audit cost codes across platforms for synchronization between accounting structure and field tracking • Submit validated Project Setup Forms to the corporate Job Setup Team for execution in NetSuite • Lock budgets and cost codes across Procore and NetSuite to prevent billing discrepancies • Cross-train on Tier-1 Procore Support Specialist functions, including user provisioning, basic troubleshooting, and tool access • Provide temporary Procore platform administration coverage during teammate absences • Collaborate with Account Executives, Project Teams, and the central Job Setup Team to expedite sales-to-operations transitions
• High school diploma or GED required • Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Procore Certification(s) (e.g., Procore Certified: Associate, Core Tools) is preferred but can be completed upon hire • 1+ years of experience utilizing Procore in an operational capacity is preferred but not required • Experience with construction estimating, costing, budgeting, or related project financial workflows is preferred • Background in business technology, software support, database management, or general platform administration • Basic data entry or database management experience required • Absolute accuracy in transferring data, mapping cost codes, and validating multi-line item budgets • Ability to rigidly follow sequential workflows while maintaining data integrity • Professional diplomacy when pushing back on incomplete project information from Sales or Project leadership • Ability to identify inconsistencies, verify accuracy, and maintain high-quality work across detailed project documentation and system records • Able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Must be able to regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet • Must be able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required • May be required to work in tight and confined spaces
