• Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures • Promote company Core Values and safeguard a family-centric culture • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with candidates and internal partners • Assist candidates and partners with questions and problems courteously and promptly • Maintain the Company's professional reputation • Assist the leadership team with various tasks as needed • Provide administrative support to the Talent Solution team • Assist with jobs in Lever • Take meeting notes during team calls • Responsibly onboard contractor workers • Maintain site spreadsheets for tracking purposes • Manage contractor worker conversions • Maintain an accurate and current applicant database • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Minimum 2 years of admin support experience • Experience working with staffing or contingent agencies a plus • Strong administrative and organizational skills • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe forms • Ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions to negotiate business meeting or exceeding client expectations while providing a profitable revenue stream • Ability to determine when to proceed independently and when to engage internal team members or client contacts • Proven track record for reliability • Professional personal presentation • Excellent communication, telephone, and public relations skills • Problem-solving and analytical skills required • Strong customer service skills and experience • Ability to learn and support new and quickly-changing technologies • Familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation products • Detail oriented • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good work habits under pressure • Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with urgency • High energy level • Willingness and ability to travel as required • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet • Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required • Ability to work in tight and confined spaces • Ability to perform required sitting, standing, walking, hand/arm use, verbal communication, stooping, and kneeling, with reasonable accommodations where applicable
