📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric medication management services to youth and adult clients via telehealth. • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and corresponding treatment plans. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Eagle Quest policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Current APRN license in Nevada. • Certification in psychiatric-mental health nursing (PMHNP) preferred. • Experience in prescribing psychiatric medication for children and adolescents. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including with youth and families via video calls. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially with DFS Nurse Case Management. • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to youth in foster care.
