📋 Description

• Lead RCM implementations end-to-end, from discovery through go-live • Audit customer billing workflows and configure Ease accordingly • Review payor contracts and translate requirements into operational and product decisions • Build and deliver RCM training for new and existing customers • Partner closely with the product team to develop, test, and refine RCM features • Troubleshoot billing issues and AR exceptions directly with customers • Document learnings and turn them into repeatable processes and product improvements • Run sales engineering for RCM • Work directly with behavioral health practices to understand contracts and translate them into platform configuration and product evolution • Own the RCM layer of the platform end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years of RCM experience in consulting, a health tech startup, or a provider organization • Deep familiarity with billing workflows, payor contracting, and claims management — ideally in behavioral health • Comfortable reading an EOB, identifying a denial pattern, and knowing what to do next • Default to using AI tools to move faster and increase output across everything you do • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and switching contexts quickly • Experience with behavioral health revenue cycle management • Must be authorized to work in the US • Must reside in a US state or Washington, D.C.
