📋 Description

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls with Merchants providing excellent customer service • Assist Merchants in using our financing program for their customers • Responsible for all new merchant set-ups and trainings • Process consumer applications and review conditions for funding

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Detail oriented and conscientious • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment • Must possess a disciplined work ethic, positive attitude and be highly motivated to succeed
