• Monitor 340B compliance for all aspects of the 340B Program • Implement applicable HRSA Office of Pharmacy Affairs guidance and organizational policies and procedures • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of 340B-eligible locations • Document audit results and assess eligibility, diversion, and GPO prohibition compliance • Review clinic-administered medications, mixed-use/340B-only areas, outpatient prescriptions, and pharmacy operations for compliance • Monitor utilization records and 340B purchasing accounts • Evaluate patient eligibility by reviewing medical records, insurance plans, and hospital status • Assist with assigned 340B external audits • Upload and monitor data in 340B software systems; download and prepare raw data for uploads • Create, refine, and execute 340B audits • Report findings through appropriate channels to the 340B Program Manager and 340B Analyst • Assist with special projects assigned by the 340B Program Manager and 340B Analyst
• High School Diploma / GED required • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required • Progressive hospital or healthcare system pharmacy, healthcare auditing, or healthcare business experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to quickly learn technical systems such as EMR systems, retail pharmacy systems, and/or 340B software systems • Healthcare system knowledge base/skills • Ability to work in a complex team environment and collaborate with peers • Strong interest in pharmacy practice advancement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of hospital and/or retail pharmacy workflows and/or operations preferred • Previous drug purchasing and/or wholesaler experience preferred • Previous work and/or training in 340B preferred • Previous auditing experience preferred • Experience working with EPIC EMR systems preferred • Knowledge of hospital billing practices and regulations preferred • Experience in Microsoft Access preferred • 2-year degree in Business, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmacy, or related field preferred • 340B University and National Pharmacy Technician License preferred
