📋 Description

• Provide program education to referring professionals • Develop referral relationships with clinical professionals for eating disorders and mood and anxiety disorders • Work with medical/surgical and behavioral health hospitals to provide resources and identify appropriate patients for referral • Develop relationships with medical centers, physicians, integrated delivery networks, therapy groups, and private practices • Manage territory responsibilities to meet quarterly goals and center census budgets • Track activity and census fulfillment metrics • Analyze market trends and adjust outreach strategy • Organize and facilitate outreach symposiums and trainings • Coordinate speakers and topics with the Director • Manage CRM data, market information, referral information, and follow-up • Provide updates on competitor activity • Maintain rapport with clinical leadership • Contribute to internal marketing initiatives • Demonstrate expertise in services and care modalities • Serve on ad hoc marketing, conference, and communications committees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, counseling/mental health, or related field (required) • 2+ years of medical or behavioral health outreach experience (required) • Must reside in Washington DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia • Preference for candidates within the DC Metro area and close to the Bethesda facility • Full-time availability, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST • Evenings and weekends may be occasionally required
