📋 Description

• Deliver confidence to clients for informed decisions through time management • Develop and drive a plan with each new assignment • Communicate and coordinate with on-site property representatives • Execute travel planning and perform site visits in accordance with scope of work • Author reports to meet quality control deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field • At least 5+ years of professional experience in due diligence consulting preferred • Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) credentials preferred but not required • Direct prior experience serving HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or other affordable housing scopes of work is preferred but not required • Experience conducting property condition assessments or familiarity with obtaining environmental site data needed for Environmental Site Assessments is preferred
