📋 Description
• Deliver to clients the confidence to make informed decisions. • Develop and drive a plan with each new assignment. • Communicate and coordinate with on-site property representatives. • Author reporting to meet quality control deadlines. • Perform site visits and execute travel planning with flexibility.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field • At least 5+ years of professional experience in due diligence consulting preferred • Direct prior experience serving HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or other affordable housing scopes of work preferred • Experience conducting other property condition assessment reporting on various property types is valued. • Familiarity with obtaining environmental site data for Environmental Site Assessments preferred
