📋 Description

• Teach live, remote classes and mentor students, answering questions and providing feedback on assignments and projects. • Plan, structure, and teach courses on management and strategy for digital products based on artificial intelligence, covering AI-native products, integrating AI into existing products, and process automation. • Understand and apply artificial intelligence across the product lifecycle, including defining infrastructure, selecting AI technologies, assessing technical feasibility, performance metrics, and strategic business impacts. • Define and guide data- and AI-driven product strategies, structuring vision, hypotheses, metrics, roadmaps, and prioritization criteria in scenarios of uncertainty and continuous learning. • Apply process automation and the strategic use of AI to optimize operations, support decision-making, reduce costs, scale, and increase organizational efficiency. • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business areas, translating complex concepts in AI, machine learning, and automation into strategic decisions that are understandable to managers and stakeholders. • Lead practical activities, case studies, and applied projects, guiding students in the design, development, and management of digital products with AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Lato Sensu postgraduate degree (specialization or MBA) or Stricto Sensu degree, completed or revalidated in Brazil. • Master's degree or PhD. • Experience with the competencies described above in projects and top-tier companies. • Experience as an instructor or in related activities, such as lectures, webinars, internal trainings, and similar events.
