📋 Description

• Working directly with technicians in the field to create/coach/close sales. • Conduct remote consultations with homeowners regarding indoor air quality concerns and comfort needs. • Recommend solutions including duct replacement, duct sealing, filtration systems, air purifiers, UV lights, humidity control products, and other IAQ improvements. • Review technician findings, photos, reports, and customer information to build accurate recommendations. • Educate customers on the benefits of proper airflow, healthy indoor air, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions. • Prepare and present estimates while confidently overcoming objections and closing sales. • Collaborate closely with field technicians, dispatch, and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience. • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities within the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably as a Comfort Advisor or Remote HVAC Sales Specialist. • Solid experience selling ductwork, duct replacement, duct sealing, and indoor air quality products. • Ability to explain technical HVAC concepts in a way homeowners can easily understand. • Proven ability to close sales while maintaining excellent customer service. • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple customer consultations throughout the day. • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
