📋 Description

• Provide telephone consultations to prospective customers • Assess needs and provide information about program content and funding opportunities • Ensure that customers book the program that best suits their needs • Advise qualified leads in a 100% inbound model with no cold calling • Support customers through the closing process

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach (native-level German) • Initial experience in sales, inbound, outbound, or customer support is an advantage • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment • 50 hours per month, divided into 5-hour shifts • Approximately 10 working days per month, with flexible scheduling
