📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and serve as lead lawyer on legal requests • Advise on contract risks and commercial solutions while balancing business objectives and legal requirements • Draft, review and negotiate SaaS agreements, contract addenda, NDAs, termination letters and other customer-facing documents • Maintain contract templates and oversee internal approval workflows • Collaborate with insurance brokers on contractual endorsements • Provide ongoing legal training to the Americas Sales Team • Monitor regulatory developments, assess implications and risks, and recommend actions • Support adoption and integration of AI-powered legal technology tools for contract review and workflow efficiency • Coordinate external legal counsel support • Perform other duties as reasonably needed and directed by Senior Management • Report to the Head of Legal

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an American Bar Association accredited law school • 10 years of experience as a U.S. practicing transactional lawyer • At least 3 years of SaaS negotiations experience • Active license to practice law in the United States • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills • Ability to correspond professionally and provide approachable legal advice tailored to the audience • Willingness to work in the United States
