📋 Description

• Teach in Masters Electronics Engineering Technology programs • Share industry experience through practical hands-on instruction • Help students achieve learning outcomes and academic and career goals • Teach within five-week academic terms • Support students in an accelerated course environment • Serve as the first point of contact for student software or technical concerns • Teach one live session each week via Zoom • Hold one live office hour per week via Zoom

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution • Familiarity with Multisim and Labview software • Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs • Familiarity with CAD software • 3–5 years industry experience in an electrical and/or manufacturing engineering field required • Industry experience must be within the last 5 years • Mechatronics candidates should have a strong background in control systems, instrumentation and measurements, and mechanical systems • Appropriate technical certification or licensure, if required • Highest levels of integrity at all times • Strong interpersonal skills, including approachability and empathy • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a 5-week accelerated course environment • Comfortable being first point of contact to troubleshoot software or technical concerns for students • Reliable high-speed internet required • Must supply own Windows-based computer and webcam • Computer system must pass the ECPI University minimum requirements test • Available evenings and weekends to support adult learners
