📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in attending the University • Meet with potential students to explain program offerings accurately and advise on suitable programs based on interests, qualifications, and career goals • Represent ECPI University on and off campus to prospective students, parents, and organizations involved in college selection • Attend admissions department meetings and training sessions • Track inquiries and admissions activity accurately • Complete daily activity reports • Ensure enrollment paperwork is accurate and timely • Keep required reports and University system information current and accurate • Comply with ECPI University policies, procedures, laws, and accrediting body regulations • Network and build relationships to generate referrals • Collaborate with other departments to ensure student satisfaction • Assist with planning and implementing on-campus events and programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of university Admissions or Recruitment experience required • 2–3 years of related experience, including appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, follow-up, and coordinating programs and events • Prior military experience strongly preferred • Must have experience working remotely • Any equivalent combination of education and experience • Passion for helping others achieve educational and career goals • Excellent customer service skills, including effective follow-up and follow-through • Effective oral and written communication skills • Effective computer skills • Familiarity with professional use of social media • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree preferred
