📋 Description

• Teach Business Analytics courses in an accelerated five-week format • Deliver engaging weekly live lectures via Zoom/Microsoft Teams • Provide practical, hands-on instruction connecting business analytics principles with real-world business situations • Use active-learning techniques and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement • Facilitate course activities, discussions, assignments, and assessments through Canvas • Provide timely feedback, guidance, and academic support to students • Build rapport with students and create an approachable, supportive online learning environment • Communicate effectively with students from varied backgrounds and perspectives • Assist students with basic course-related technology or software questions and direct complex technical concerns to appropriate resources • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or a closely related discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution • 3–5 years of industry experience in business analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, data-driven decision-making, or a related business field required • Two years of online teaching experience preferred • Strong online presentation and webinar facilitation skills preferred • Experience with Canvas LMS preferred • Strong business analytics acumen, including data analysis, statistical reasoning, business intelligence, data visualization, forecasting, optimization, and data-driven decision-making • Current hands-on experience using analytics concepts and tools in an organizational business setting • Ability to connect business analytics concepts to practical workplace applications across business intelligence, operations, marketing, finance, management, and strategic decision-making • Experience with analytics tools and applied technologies such as Excel, SQL, business intelligence platforms, data visualization tools, Python, R, artificial intelligence, machine learning, forecasting, optimization, or simulation • Reliable high-speed internet access • Current Windows-based computer and webcam meeting ECPI University's minimum technical requirements • Ability to conduct and participate in weekly live lectures via Zoom
