📋 Description

• Teach in ECPI University’s Computer Science programs as an online adjunct faculty member • Provide practical, hands-on instruction using industry experience • Help students achieve learning outcomes and academic and career goals • Teach in five-week accelerated terms • Support adult learners during evening and weekend availability • Serve as the first point of contact for students troubleshooting software or technical concerns • Teach one live session each week via Zoom • Hold one live office hour per week via Zoom • Participate in faculty training, mentoring, and ongoing support

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Information Science with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution • CISSP Certification a plus • 3-5 years industry experience required • 5-7 years career industry experience preferred • Industry experience must be within the last 5 years • Appropriate technical certification or licensure (if required) • Experience with Wireless Mobile Security/Networking/CyberSecurity • Experience with CyberSecurity policies and strategies • Advanced knowledge of security implications of virtualization and storage technologies • Strong interpersonal skills, including approachability and empathy • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a 5-week accelerated course environment • Comfortable being first point of contact to troubleshoot software or technical concerns for students • Reliable high-speed internet required • Responsible for supplying your own Windows-based computer and webcam • Computer system must pass the ECPI University minimum requirements test • Must be available evenings and weekends • Required to teach one live session each week and hold one live office hour per week via Zoom
