📋 Description
• Provide objective, fee-based advice • Focus on needs-based discovery process with prospective clients • Deliver a plan to help meet financial goals • Build long-term relationships based on respect and integrity
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years’ experience in a direct client-facing role in a fee-based wealth management or financial advisory organization • Results driven approach with a consistent track record to form relationships • Desire for role with base salary • Must possess an active Series 65 or will be required to obtain it within the first three months of employment • A Clean U-4 • A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or other certification is desired but not required
